I did Dave, and, truth be told I don't know for sure all I'm doing is going by the echo article on which Benitez was reported to have said the squad was decimated by injury and illness for Chelsea.

I've drawn the inference for that that more players than Digne claimed to been ill and deduced rightly or wrongly, that several other players cried of late with illness. Is it true, maybe maybe not. It is very annoying when somebody puts 2 and 2 together comes up with 5 and goes with that as fact rather than opinion. Does that scenario sound familiar?

I doubt 4 or 5 were training on Friday and then declraed (as Digne did) on the same day they were "ill" and wouldn't go to Stamford Bridge.

Yep. He been poor for 15 months so we are not going to get his peak value unfortunately.
