You tried to tell meYesterday Cancelo was a left back,Yet he has played RB all
His career before joining city and
Played less than half the league games in his first season at city.

You need to do your homework son

Yes of course Gallagher is a box to box midfielder. Have you ever watched him play? He’s all over the pitch, he does far more defensive work than he does in and around the opposition’s penalty area. But yes, I’m the one that needs to do my homework.

Ok we will see next season but I will be amazed if he’s one of Chelsea‘a midfielder 2 next season. No way Tuchel plays him next to Jorginho or Kante, and then has mount, havertz and Lukaku ahead of them.

Even for palace he played alongside Kouyate who’s very defensive and has played CB Amd Schlupp or will Hughes. If Gallagher was a box to box and great defensively, why not throw Olise in the midfield, that kid is quality, or Eze if he’s back from injury

The thing is you need more than a starting XI of players. Kante is also very injury prone and now over 30, he will likely be getting phased out. Either way, Gallagher will almost certainly not be included as a makeweight in a deal for Digne and will be used by Chelsea a lot next season.

Chelsea are at their best when they play a midfield three with Jorginho, Kante and Kovacic. Gallagher would be a perfect deputy for Kovacic next season as the box to box midfielder, it's just a question whether he's someone who'd be happy fulfilling an understudy role but he'd be crazy to leave them now, they're on the cusp of building an excellent team.

Im not sure they play that 3 very often, that would leave them with only 2 attackers in the system Tuchel plays. Imo to fit Gallagher in you will need to
Drop one of Havertz or pulisic or CHO or Zieych

Much of what you is accepted but a great deal of his poor showing to me has been down to FSW. For me Brighton selection was the last straw with FSW.
 

Gallagher is not coming here. Tuchel has already said he’ll be a part of their first team squad next season. Shame though cause he looks the nuts. Billy Gilmour looks one for the future but he’s a tad inconsistent judging by his performance at Norwich.
 
Can we not just send him out on loan until the fat koptie fraud has been purged from the club.
Completely unnecessary to eject one of our best players like this, the lad doesn't even want to move. All he want to do is play and get forward a bit.
Christ knows how much we need a bit of that at the moment.

Benitez and his tactics are just rotten.
