I believe it is by far the most likely because I see the player as a good professional, and Benitez has fallen out with players regularly at previous clubs.
I find it a pretty ludicrous idea that Digne wouldn't be committed. Even if he wanted to move, how does he get the best move sat at home watching us.
If someone made an example of me publicly in front of my peers then I'd want to find a new job.
Actually think its good business replacing him while we can get money. Should have been handled much better by the club but its the way it is. He needs to be in a possession based team and we are just 10 first team players off that. Good luck to him

When did he last even so much as test a goalkeeper from a free kick? Never mind score a goal. Sick to death of him standing off players and allowing them to get cross after cross into of box. With our centre backs that's a recipe for disaster. No doubt at all that he's massively on the decline. The perfect time to get rid.

Hasn’t Digne been showing consistently poor form in public for the last twelve months at least.
Not been at his best and has had some poor games, but overall was significantly better than a lot of other players. I hold him to higher standards sometimes because I know he is better than a lot of our other players.

He might see it as a chance to make some nice money and kick the fat tub of lard at the same time by helping Newcastle get ahead of us (though every game that passes I become less convinced about how much of a **** Benitez gives for Everton anyway).

I agree that in his first season at Everton he was very good and I think a firm favourite with the fans but since then he has been very inconsistent and had more poor games than good ones. If the fee we get for him pays for the two young full backs then I’d suggest that is a good bit of business, and I know I’m just repeating what many fans have said.
