Lukaku is like watching footy on a kodi box..... performs when it's Burnley playing.... stick one of the top 4 on and it just freezes.

As much as I don't like the majority you say, that is a very good analogy.

I actually think he's regressed mate, don't see the same pace he had with us - at united the majority of his goals are coming more as tap ins or from crosses. Thing that made him dangerous for me was moreso that pace and power which he either doesn't have or doesn't use nowadays.

Genuinely think 3 years ago he terrified a lot of central backs at the thought of facing him, now they know they'll be playing a static player.

Lukaku use to give players something to think about, but not any more.
That goal he scored at City for us, in the game when Stek saved 2 pen kicks, that was a great goal, that player was unstoppable, do that regular and he could be a 75m player, but he is miles away from that guy now.

The goal he scored for west Bromwich when he sent carra on his backside. The one for us against Chelsea in the cup, or several others where he just beat a guy for speed and flattened them with his strength and slotted, all that is long gone, like tears in the rain...

He's too bulky this season if he became leaner he would be lethal, I remember his goals against Bournemouth on the counter and he done them for pace.

I dont think anyone is arguing with his goal scoring ability. His overall game is poor and hes being found out at United. Be interesting to see if people think we would be a better side with him in right now? Personally I dont. Our overall play going forward is far more cohesive with a mobile willing runner up front who can keep tha ball than lukaku. Half the time the ball would ping off him and the move would break down, that's in a side built around him as well.

Hes a good goalscorer but we've got richy on 6, sigurdsson on 4 or 5, walcott with 2 or 3 already at this stage of the season. We are more threatening as a unit going forward than when we had rom banging in 20+ goals a season but nobody else even approaching 10 goals. Look at United since theyve taken him out of the line up, they're scoring goals again across the front line and are creating more chances per game. Hes just too limited in a top side imo.

He pretty much begged for this move, hes not even been there two seasons and is already making noises about his next move. Hes clearly heavier than he was with us which is adding another limitation to his game. Maybe he just needs a rest, I dont know. I said when he went there that he'd do a few years, United would need someone better and he'd be moved on. Stand by that 100%. Compare him to aguero, kane or even aubamayang and lacazette and his touch, link up and general play are so lacking.
 
He too big atm. Need to lose muscle for starters. He also believes he better then he is.
richarlison upfront got more potential then lukaku to be a complete striker
