Yes, I miss his goals, but I'm not surprised the whiny spoiled brat United fans are complaining.

You can tolerate a player not being good technically in their all round play or not inventive if they can be a deadly finisher like RVN was for them. That said he could look after the ball at least.
Lukaku just doesn't offer anything when he is like this and he is like this too often.
Under SAF lukaku is sold and United go all out for Harry Kane it's as simple as that.

I think if they had a chance of Kane they would of done that when he got him from us.
Lukaku tonight and that chances he has missed, and some think we might have won the last 3 with him, yes we might but but it's highly unlikely
Nice dummy in the build up for the opener but at least two glaring missed chances even trying to claim a corner on one to try and save his embarrassment it was that bad, but hey he'll probably get a couple of tap ins eventually.
To be fair Derby are giving them a game and as I type they score a cracker.
That's a massive disservice to compare Van Nistelrooy to Lukaku. RVN was in a different stratosphere to Lukaku in terms of movement, intelligence and technical ability.
It's like tonight - United huffing and puffing because they're essentially playing with ten men. Sure, Lukaku might grab a goal here, but they shouldn't be relying on pot luck to put away Derby given their stature; they should be dominant in possession. Instead, Derby know United will give them chances because they don't hold the ball reliably in the final third.
It's a legit mystery to me how some on here still can't see how limited he is as a footballer, just because he pads his stats against cannon fodder every season.
Trust me I wasn't comparing him to RVN.... RVN was a top class penalty box operator... absolute assassin. I was stating that he didn't have to justify his place with other technical attributes or elements of his game. But none the less - they never let him down like they let lukaku down and more importantly the team.
Lukaku is so overrated it's untrue. Absolutely farcical.

What's funny is there is there is only one set of fans who rate him, or should I say a section of one club's fan base.
If Liverpool had him we would roll around laughing and if it was Liverpool who sold him and got 75m for him we would be wondering how they continue to get such inflated fees on players
