If Chelsea decide to sell, and that is a mighty big if, then there will be sides galore coming out of the woodwork looking to sign him. Its a case of competition and having deep enough pockets to match a bid from some snides that'd throw £25million and £1pound at the transfer.
Not sure on Russian clubs finances at the minute but I can see clubs in Germany, Spain and Portugal being prepared to jump at another Chelsea castoff and they'll be able to offer CL football - which is what he has said he wants.

We keep hearing about the talented kids we have, integrate them gradually to help with squad numbers and use up our loan quota again for more experienced players.

Stones at the back, Barkley and McCarthy in midfield and Lukaku up front, is an amazing young spine to the team.
