Anyone doubting his worth needs to give their head a wobble. To score 32 goals in 2 Prem seasons shows that he's not only one of the best strikers in the league, but also not a one season wonder and crucially this good at 20! 20!!!
Even if he doesn't fulfill his potential, even a 10% improvement would make him one of the best strikers out there. Throw everything we have at him. I think he'd be open to coming here as he is young and knows he'll be able to grow. We haven't spent actual dosh on a striker in 7 years which is appalling and it's about time we made a statement signing.

I think CL might be a sticking point with him, but if anyone can overcome that it's Martinez. No way he'd go to Spuds (don't think Chelsea would sell him to another London club anyway).
I do get the feeling he's off but I'm going to keep everything crossed I'm wrong. Would be gutted to see him in any other shirt but ours next season.

I have some hope in that he seems to have a good head on him...hopefully he can see what's going on here and also realise that he needs a few more years to really make the kind of impact he wants to make in the CL. Europa would give him that game time and experience to improve on an even path. Time will tell...c'mon Kev'Mir, get him to sign up on a perm and let's do this.
