The rumour is it's for Roma's defender Benatia. Benatia is currently one of the best centre backs in Europe, so would he want to play second fiddle to Terry/Cahill, who Mourinho knows is a reliable and proven perm/european quality partnership… I dunno, but for our sakes i hope not!

On another note, it's funny how people are saying "he's worth £20 million" or "we should spend our entire budget on him" or "£25 MIL+" when we don't have a clue how much we'll have to spend. Anyone who has supported Everton under the current regime should know that nothing is guaranteed when it comes to the transfer fund.
