You're essentially saying "this 20m player isn't as good as this 50m player so he isn't worth 20m."
When his first touch isn't stopping him from having a goal scoring record which easily justifies 20m+ (see below) then why is it so important?
This is what I said back in Feb about this same issue:
The amount of optimism people have about how "two 10m players" will turn out is just simply staggering. Check out this list ...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_top_Premier_League_goal_scorers_by_season#2012.E2.80.9313 ... in recent years I can only see RVP, Bent, Henry, Nistelrooy and Ronaldo getting 15+ in two consecutive years. I may have missed one but that's not really the point -- the point is that it's a very short list of players. (Suarez will be added on this year.)
There are WAY less players who repeat 15+ (forget about 20+ ... that list is even shorter) than I think most people expect. 20m+ is a steal for a player who could still appear on this list with a few more goals this year (at 20 years old!). Lots of teams buy 10m players every year -- almost none of them end up with repeat appearances at the top of the goal scoring charts.
