Our younger members may not remember that signing Tony Cottee was quite a thing, as was Peter Beardsley but Lukaku could be the biggest even since we bagged Gary Lineker.

I remember Cottee signing. I was an excited 15yr old at the time and his debut hat trick was one of the most exciting things I'd ever seen at that time.
