We are in the running, that will do for now. We reprsent a very good option to him still if he wants to be first choice anywhere. We will be buying a striker this summer though I think. If we wait until next year, any team we go to for a striker will just hold us to ransom for their player.

But as League Champions and Europa League winners players will be willing to force their clubs hands for a move to us obviously.

Great, i'm thinking we need to include Lukaku with Barkley, Stones and Coleman in the advert.

Picture the scene, Kate Bush singing " Don't give up " and black and white pictures of the players above in the Everton kit covered in mud and the rain pouring down beside them. Show up on the screen fading into another sad photo of them.

Then the camera pans to @hafnia in the crowd shouting " He has got a crap first touch him "

A sad voice then says " Save them, save them from this nightmare. Please City, United, Chelsea or Arsenal save them from this "

Then we goto colour as we see Wayne Rooney in his big house with loads of loose cash and winners medals on the table, Wayne smiling.

The sad voice perks up " Look, with your help we can find them a new home for them to be happy "
 
The only faint glimmer of hope i have with this deal is Costa coming in for Chelsea confirms Lukaku won't be the number one striker there, many players wouldn't care, but he really does seem to love playing football.

Of course this doesn't mean he would then come to us, he could go anywhere!
 
Face it guys, if he has a good World Cup he'll be in and around the Chelsea first team, an indifferent/average World Cup and he'll go out on loan for another year, and if he's going anywhere it will be to Spain.

Chelsea are raping Athletico for players at the moment, he'll be sent there for a year to replace Costa and learn football the Spanish way. If he succeeds he'll be back the following year in the Chelsea Squad, if he fails Chelsea will cash in and get £25M-£30M for him of most teams in Europe that can afford him.
Valencia also want him on loan and they've brought Villa, Silva, Mata etc as players in recent years.

Just means he'll go to be the main striker at the Champions League runners up for a season....

Sorry. I thought you were being facetious. I was wrong. I know you have Evertobs best interests at heart really and I dont want us to fall out and break up Bungmangroup.
