The amount of racism in this thread is unbelievable.

Lukaku not as good as Owen and Rooney? People rated Andy Johnson but Marcus Bent was crap despite being an integral part of the team that's achieved our highest Premier League finish? Goat even said he didn't warm to Kevin Campbell.

I thought football had moved on from that dark period in its history. After reading this thread and seeing the Chelsea fans in Paris this week I'm not so sure.

Srsly doh Bent was great for us at the time.

All the finishing ability of a Labrador but he worked hard, pressured defences and held the ball up well bringing the likes of Gravesen and Cahill in to play. Perfect for the system we used.
