Amazing how easy it is to score over 15 goals per season three years in a row whilst apparently being lazy, having a poor first touch and rarely taking penalties/free kicks.

I've learnt not to get an hard on whenever Lukaku as a game like Thursday, cos for every game he as like that, he as 3 average ones after! He is only young though and will find consistency in his game but I look at Kane, who is of a similar age and at a similar level of club in this day and age of the game, and he's been consistent all season, although Spurs have done better in league terms.
But I will cut Lukaku a bit of slack as I have been one to knock him a lot when he hasn't played well, and imo, rightly so, but we haven't played to his strengths enough this season, and when we have, he's looked a different animal up front!

I think Kane is the classic case of overhyping a young english player. He's done naff all until this season. Fair play, he's been great this season, but you can't get too overexcited about a player until he starts doing it year after year. Someone like our very own Lukaku in fact.

He is 21, he has great potential. I don't think we can ask for more from him at the moment.
