What happens if we actually do go out and buy top players in the summer and tell him he's going nowhere? Wonder what his reaction to that would be. The club have the power here not him, he doesn't have a buy out close currently so we can set whatever fee we want or just tell him he's not for sale because we want trophies and champions league. Either way, Moshiri has to show that ambition during the summer - time to deliver the quality signings the squad needs. Do whatever he needs to do - lock Bill and Bob in the basement and bring in his own people. But I really do think the fanbase will start to lose faith if we have a summer like the last one. You mean back then before FFP and annual wage caps crippled us. We knew we couldn't spend much this year even with Stones' sale. Was a completely different market back then.
