As much as I rate him... he looks like a first class tosser. And loves taking throw ins and set pieces cos it puts him in the limelight. I know his kind...

Was really rattled last night 1st half. Jags done well to talk him through the rough patch and 2nd half he was much more like what we've come to expect. Quality left peg and put in a couple of belters. A long way to go to be at the level of Baines or the consistency that Oviedo can give but he's been thrown in at the deep end when we've been awful and he certainly hasn't gone hiding during games so that shows a lot of balls in my book and fair play to him for that

Had a good crack on goal from a free kick too if I remember. Forced a decent save.

That effort was just begging for Naismith or Jags to make their run 2 seconds earlier and they would have had a nice easy flick header on goal. Right on the money that ball was, exactly where the keeper didn't have a clue what to do with it.

Was quite funny as near the start of the game I told my housemate to watch out for his delivery and he promptly hit the first man and then put one out of play.

He came good though, there was that free kick and another corner in particular which was unreal. The commentators were rightly creaming themselves over it.

Yep first corner hit first man. Hit 2 direct out of play which both times killed momentum. But twice he played absolute belters in. We actually look like we might score from a corner ffs!!!

Think we should now sign Peter Crouch just to compliment Garbutts crosses.
In all seriousness we haven't got anyone who is a great header and can win crosses in the box. Naismith should have had 2 and Osman should have had one. Poor headers which should have resulted in goals/on target.

I could see him last night pulling faces at the Lower Gwladys when they were disgustingly ripping into the team.

If he leaves then I hope the Lower Gwladys realise what they done.

No coincidence that he only came over to the Park End when the game was finished and clapped them.

when baines is fit i'd either like to see garbutt keep his places and give baines a go in barry's role. or i think the better option would be to play garbutt left mid. would give us some genuine width and quality delivery from the flanks
