Bringing on Awobi and Bernard was priceless - like playing with nine men against the league champions away.

Clear message to the board.

Someone should've given Dr Bruyne a kick after he studded Allan. You wouldn't have seen him again as he wouldn't have risked injury before next weekends fixture.
The referee should have given him a yellow card for that, he was quick enough to give Richie one for a tug on Mahrez's sleeve. Any of our players giving DeBruyne a kick would have seen red without a doubt.

The damage was done with the disastrous home form.
losing to teams like Sheffield was inexcusable. The defeat today was entirely predictable, although perhaps not the magnitude. Anyway in the end in spite of our disappointment we did come quite close to getting something out of the season. We have a number of players who just don’t have the quality and if any of them had showed up through the season, we might of made it into one of the top seven positions.
It’s frustrating that we came quite close. I do expect quite a big summer of transfers I think the club will have quite a lot of money to spend.

So, from being in a position a while back to overtake the RS we end up 10 points and 7 places behind....we have no killer Instinct and no one to drive the team.....is it too much to ask for an Alan Ball or a Peter Reid......
Pathetic; the players should be ashamed of themselves but they won't.

They'll go out, have a party, laugh and shout, get their wages, and love life.

F them all.

I think youre correct. We were an extreme example of whats happened in the Prem this season...more away wins in the league altogether than home wins. Very odd, but obviously down to the lack of spectators.Encouragement by the crowd at home games migt=ht have earned us another 10 points or so which would have been fine.
