I know everyone joked about making Aguero their fanstasy footie captain and so on, but I always felt if we approached the match in something of a Moyesque style in boring Man City into tiredness (ahead of Roma) and keeping it at 0-0 for as long as possible then who knows what might have transpired.

Some of you lot want to take a reality check. Man City aren't relegation candidates, they only had a couple of chances to increase their lead, they were at home, Everton could have scored a couple, the penalty was questionable (even MOTD agrees with this) and the ref was abominable. What a weird day this has been, the RS didn't concede a goal at home! Onward and upwards blues, think positive!

He is definitely off his game. He seems to have aged very quickly as his speed/anticipation seems to dropped off a bit. Martinez won't bench him though. He is integral to RM's playbook. Hopefully he will look better when McCarthy returns.

Well said. I was made up that we only lost 1-0 although I wish we could look more threatening. If we can restrict all the bigger teams to only 1-0, or even draw one or two, then it is onwards and upwards indeed!

Robbed would appear to a gross understatement, certainly in terms of the penalty and the Kung-fu kicks.
