Player Valuation: £35m
Does anyone here do this, if so is it worth it?

I'm 140kg at the minute, need to lose about 4 stone for medical reasons. I play golf about once a fortnight and I'm looking for other stuff to do.

Its intake and mobility.

You need to fight through hunger unfortunately. Smaller meals or only eat 3/4 of it. Don't eat three meals a day. Throw out almost everything with sugar in it and when your shopping avoid the urge to buy crap. Drink water.

Skip breakfast and have an egg and lettuce sandwich at about 1030.

Go for a walk every morning and every night.

Weigh yourself every day. When the first person looks at you and asks if you've lost weight, you'll be absolutely made up.

Its all about hunger though, and you're going to have to fight that bitch like your life depends on it.

Less in, more out.

Here ends the lesson.
Agreed. It's not complicated.

Drink more water. WAY more. Three litres a day as a minimum - often we humans mistake thirst for hunger.

Find the fruit and vegetables you like and snack on them instead of sausage rolls, crisps or chocolate.

Make a packed lunch for work every day.

Find an exercise you enjoy, and do it as often as you can. Go easy to start with though, listen carefully to your knees and ankles!

Set small targets. Don't just say "I want to lose 45kg" - if that's your target but you don't acknowledge the steps you need to take to get there then you will constantly feel like a failure every time you weigh in and haven't lost the entire 45kg.

Have a weekly goal: "I will add a 30 minute bike ride into this week's exercise" or "I will lose two kg this week", for instance. The psychological buzz arising from meeting this goal will boost flagging spirits.

First of all I weigh about half your weight. As others have said swimming is Fantastic for this.. The one thing to do is not be self conscious about yourself. I TAKE MY shirt off and I am like a walking X RAY. Take the plunge (no joke intended) and you will not regret it. I have learnt that I have never had more energy with any other form of exercise. Oh and table tennis is also excellent. I wish you well xx

Think that was the intention mate. The OP was asking had anybody tried 'MAN V FAT FOOTBALL.'
Have to admit I'd never heard of it until I googled it. ?‍♂️

Apparently it's like a mens slimming world with a game of footy thrown in.

Can't play with my mates anymore because "you spoil the game you wheezing prick" ?
