Rubbish mate - we dominated and apart from one lapse from coleman would have got a point. Add that to what was a complete sitter from jagielka. By all means judge him but not for today against a Utd team that had one shot on target.

Finally a reasonable post by someone.

Wouldnt say we dominated but we matched them and with a bit of luck could have won. We at least deserved a draw.

End of the season can't come quick enough.

Sky Sports NEWS EXCLUSIVE!

Roberto Martinez has left Everton by mutual consent. Read what Catalonian has had to say on the matter: "I feel like i achieved great heights at this amazing football club. Reaching two cup semi-finals in a season is a phenomenal result for a club like Everton. I'm not the only one who thinks that, all the good players want to leave too, because they understand how monumental this season was and that there's NO chance that we will do something more substantial in the future."

We don't really seem that bothered. Did we have a shot on target ?

I think we have the talent but just need to get the best out of them.

After 3 years I'm not sure Martinez is the man. First season 5th, then 11th and now we are currently clinging onto 12th at the moment. It's April and still struggling to get 40 points.

Baines doesnt commit + Coleman doesnt clear...

One error in play.

Other than that weve been on top for alot of the game and not far behind a £250mil+ team.

How being down 1-0 leads to martinez out is ridiculous.

take a look at yourselves....we should be ahead but for the post and de gea

You're right mate. Isolated incident this sack of tripe ain't it? :celebrate:

"Everton manager Roberto Martinez speaking to BBC Sport: "There were two games within a game. Up until the goal, we were the team with a better tempo and we always looked a threat.

"The goal was a very soft action, it's not up to our standards. The performances were very, very level and we shouldn't have lost the game. It's that sort of game that came down to small margins - the ball hitting the crossbar is the difference between us getting something out of the game.

"We are a young group with great potential, but our home form hasn't been anywhere near good enough.""

Almost none of that makes any sense at all.

Self entitled posts like that make you come across as a self entiled NEW breed of 'fan'.

Embarassing.
You clearly don't understand what "self-entitled" actually means. It's simply not relevant to anything that has been written thus far.

I've been watching this club for 30+ years buddy, please don't suggest that anyone who disagrees with you is simply young, impatient or new. It devalues your already questionable take on reality.

And it's "embarrassing". If you have to attack the poster rather than the post, get your spelling right. Now keep your wumming on hold for a couple of hours, please.

He had a shocking game, 12 goals and 8 assists this season.
You'd sell him in a heart beat for £40m,
I can see Goodison getting really poisonous as soon as we are out of the FA Cup.
The fans have turned on Martinez already and I can only see it getting worse in the coming games.
Surely the board must be looking to move him on in the summer, another season resembling the last two seasons would be a bridge too far.
White noise to Bill I'm afraid
