there are 3 weeks left till the deadline players need to brought in if we are going to be competitive in games , on last season and todays showing we will struggle against any half decent team , de gea should be long gone by now he has done well over last few years as a shot stopper but he has been awful lately , he stands on his line , does not command his area and cannot distribute the ball , he needs to go and also i would think maguire and fernandes need to be offloaded the latter having a bad attitude , maguire looks shot as United player he simp0ly cannot deal with the pressure

Opening day - Crikey

i would say Martinez was poor today but it is his first game so i would say give him a chance , the more senior players were very poor today as they have been for a while now , a lot of players have left and a few are unavailable like greenwood , martial etc , but de gea and dalot, maguire etc were dreadful , fernades too was awful , but it was too easy for Brighton 1st half , the confidence is at an all time low thorough the club probably the lowest since the 70s

There's some interesting stuff on Tifo this morning about their defensive (total lack of) organisation.

I Said last season when we beat the club/team that they are in a worse state than us
While I understand the sentiment, they weren't in a relegation scrap and the likelihood of that occurring to them this season is much slimmer than our own.

Regardless of how the Glazers are leaching from the club or letting the club decline, they'll be able to spend their way out of any real demise.

They can blame the Glazers all they want, but their own hubris and sheer arrogance is to blame for a lot of their problems. I could write an essay on this but they really aren't worth my time. They've also spent far too much time worrying about and trying to stop City, when they should have been concentrating on fixing their own mess.
