I prefer "the hard shoulder sh*tter" it's funny and accurate. Sadly his motorway bowel movements aren't as well known as his rampant alcoholism. So I tend to use GPC when not on a City forum.
Oh dear you are so witty arent you bertie was mike doyle a victim of rampant alcoholism , dear me Stoned would be a better username

13 Titles and 2 Cups something the oil rig have never won or even contested a final , if you ever venture onto Blueloon you will see how obsessed they are about United and their pathetic name calling , not to mention their mass paranoia about how the media and the world hates them , it absolutely potty
It actually isn’t.
City are by far and away the best and most successful club over the last few years.
The MSM still unapologetically fawn over Man U and Liverpool and have done for as long as memory serves, it’s actually pathetic.
We get Man U and Liverpool have a bigger fan base so more numpties to broadcast to, but the media bias shown toward those two clubs is totally nauseating for any fan who doesn’t follow them.

Which part of the media fawns of United who and whom please tell me

That is not the issue its total spend that gives the facts , Keane at 3.5 million in 93 i think , Ferdinand , Rooney , Pallister etc there a few i admit but its total nonsense to say Fergie spent more than anybody else , in fact United have spent far more since he retired and been nowhere near the title

I think you need to take a look at Fergies first few season, silly money thrown about by Man United....all on the back of nothing more than rich owners.

Spending more than anyone in the league.

Bit of self-awareness needed I think mate, you really are creeping into the kopte territory with this.

You have so far called City "Oil Rig" "Berts" "Blueloon"....yet you called them out for pathetic name calling.....

The media has fawned over ManUre for decades (don't know if you are old enough to remember).

In one season in the 1970s, after ManUre got off to a great start, the Manc rag (Mirror) headlined one of their pages with 'Give them the title now, it's a one-horse race!', insinuating that the title race was all over, done and dusted.

Hence the joke at the end of the season in Liverpool (by both sets of fans): What comes 4th in a one-horse race? ManUre finished behind Notts Forest, the RS & Everton.

So don't serve up the crap that the media has never idolised ManUre. As someone else has posted: we've had that team rammed down our throats ever since the air disaster by the media, even in the times when they were doing nothing.

So you quote the 1970s to say that the media fawn over United , maybe the reason is people want to read about them even opposition fans , and here we go again using a plane crash to further your argument , do you think In Spain they dont talk about Madrid and Barcelona or in Germany Bayern etc , what is shows is your biterness

Do you never stop posting you lies silly money blah blah , the simple fact is during Fergusons reign other clubs spent more in total net spend , do you ever quote city being bankrolled by a entire country ffs with billions , no because thats not in your agenda is it

You are wrong, United spent more than any other club in fergys first few season.....bankrolled by rich owners....its that simple.

BTW....i dont see an issue with either you or City doiing it. But you seem to think its ok for you....and not for City.

Comparing your spending to the biggest club on earth at that time is funny.

At that time you was smaller than us, and a mid-table team.....what are United doing spending money they have not self-generated !?!

Do you see where we are going with this yet......

I dont remember United spending hugely in the early Fergie years, as in, pre title. Bear in mind, Trevor Francis was £1m in what, 1978 ish, City spent some daft money in the 80's, (£3.5m on some junk of a player iirc).

Happy to be corrected, but I reckon he got Bruce, McClare, Viv Anderson, and a bit later, Hughes back from Barcelona. Oh, Paul Ince was pre title I reckon.
