Maybe. But they fought. Maybe they weren't winners though noMoyes did bring in weak players, Everton mentality has been awful for 25 years

We signed a 19 year old LB that Juventus wanted.. last weekSeeing that Ajax swooped us for a promising young player from the Danish League
Brands problems lie in finding these younger players AND convincing them to come here over the likes of Ajax
He might of found this easier at PSV as they are competitive for the League and Cup over thier
Richarlison would sell for double,Martinez handed us a profit; Brands has spent £200M on utter tat that cant be given away.
Bernard 20 mill? Are you kidding? Everton have a player worth 20 mill who can’t get in the team?Richarlison would sell for double,
Bernard would go for up to 20 mil
Digne would be double money
Iwobi 23 and could return The same amount
Kean could easily sell for double in a year or 2.
what people seem to totally forget is... Brands walked in to a club with no saleable assets, an aging squad and a huge wage bill wasted on players.
He managed to lower the wage bill, lower the age of the squad and has players with resale value.
Walsh spent a£100 mil on Sigi,Walcott and Tosun all 3 have no resale value
Brands bought Richarlison,Digne and Kean for around £100 Mil and you easily double that amount
Do you lads think he‘ll stay beyond next summer? He’s in the last year of his contract?
On paper he's had a number of great signings but for whatever reason it's not worked out for a lot of them, or they've been unlucky with injuries.
It's a difficult one because ultimately you make your own luck in football - he HAS to do it this summer.
Well kean is worth 25m and you could argue mina wouldn't get in at 30mBernard 20 mill? Are you kidding? Everton have a player worth 20 mill who can’t get in the team?
There's little evidence of his signings being the result of a genuine scouting process.
Big-club rejects and known but mediocre and overpriced quantities from PL clubs make up the bulk.
Apart from Digne, he hasn't signed anyone directly that we would stand to make a decent return on.
He should have one or two previously relatively unknown signings under his belt now that the big clubs are sniffing around.
Nobody has been signed to excite us or get attention from the media or elsewhere in a positive way.
That's poor no matter what way you look at it.

It's a trodden, lazy process that shows no creativity.

A very loose definition of 'worth' there.Well kean is worth 25m and you could argue mina wouldn't get in at 30m
