Just heard a snippet from him on talksport saying he had a receipt from another agent ?? for 50k and thanking him for his services for the Zouma deal.
Said he'd never even heard of the guy or spoke to him.
Maybe that was the long delay after the deadline day deal.
What an absolute minefield to make these deals in. Sounds like we have the right man as dof to sort these things out.

It gives you confidence reading that, that we are targeting the right calibre of player. Getting beaten to the punch by Barca for Langlet, is totally different to being beaten by West Ham for Bryam.

Well I remember saying Sam Byram was no better than Kenny or others we had at the time, glad we swerved him, he’s now back in the Championship on loan from WHU.

He should never say anything at all to the press, and fans should be left completely in the dark as to what our director of football actually does, then we can complain that the club doesn't communicate properly.
