this is the way everton do business....no idea. even brands to be fair, i doubt anyone really knows anything about him except hes a DoF at a semi successful team from a two bit league. and we will pay for him

So he's turned us down twice before by the sounds of it. If that's the case why accept now? Surely we were a more exciting proposition 1 year ago and the money offered then would have been big too.

Could be with the mini disaster this season Moshiri is willing to give him more money, leeway with his role, etc ...

Not sure why their season still going would affect us negotiating with that position.

No, assembled the squad though.

Whether PSV are the model for us, in terms of style of play and recruitment, remains the question.

what sensible, well run club would want any sort of distractions before you've completed your goal?
obviously we havent experienced anything like that in over 20 yrs
