@davek I agree that the following players shouldnt be too hard selling:

Robinson
Pennington
Connolly
Baningime
Williams

These ones we can extract a proft for:

Lookman
Onyekuru
Besic

However these ones, who would take them with the wages they are on?

Schneiderlin
Walcott
Martina
Bolasie
Mirallas
Tarashaj

Add to this;

McCarthy has 1 year left and is always injured

Niasse has 1 year left on his contract and is just a bizarre footballer

Tosun we would need to sell for around £20mil just to break even on his book value, otherwise ww would take a loss on his sale which limits our buying power per FFP.

Which of these players specifically do you think I'm wrong on + which do you agree with?

Mirallas and Stek have both refused moves as they're not willing to take the drop in wages.

Sandro the same.

Mirallas was off to Leige, Stek to Austria, Sandro on a permanent to valadollid.

Brands made the deals and there were fees involved in all of them, but each player turned down the transfers because they don't want to take the pay cut.

Point your finger at the fella's who created the mess, not the one trying to clean it up.

That would be odd seeing as were subsidising the wages anyway.

Would make far more sense just to sell them all and subsidise the wages for the time left on the contracts with us.

Don't really understand why anyone cares if someone is shipped out for money or on loan.

Literally makes zero difference to us as fans.

Well money can be reused on the playing squad meaning we as supporters can watch a better team to start

That and loans mean we're probably still paying some of the wages, which is again money that could be spent elsewhere

So it does make a difference

He’s actually reducing the wage bill and people are unhappy about it. The fact that some of these players can only attract a league one club to take them on loan shows how low their stock is. Brands is getting their wages off our books and running their ridiculous contracts down.

Yeh, if we're selling Richarlison.

The fee we'd get for selling Garbutt over loaning him isn't getting us anyone new Mikey.
