Brands has been after Dacoure for years even though he’s been pretty average for the last 4. If you think he’s so good explain why he cost £20m and nobody else was interested? Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s ok. Ok for mid table side like us.
When Carlo is asked what he thinks of his players do you seriously expect him to say I’ve never heard of him but Brands gets to pick players too so I had to go with it. He looks a bit average but better than the other [Poor language removed] that’s already here?

I understand the long term strategy of a dof you refer too but either system stands or falls on the ability to pick a player. Brands hasn’t got it

I never said he was a good signing I just said the signings he's made that people slate were in conjuction with Silva.

The Brands/Ancelotti windows have been great and show a promising partnership going forwards.

He'd have been better off putting the funds together and signing a single super player for centre midfield.

Gomes was always signed in the hope hed bring consistency in his next season imo...sadly hes still a 1 good game in 5 player.
