Thing is, if we somehow had spare full pros on the books for instances like this, the same people would just complain "how are these still at the club".

Of course the injuries are the main issue, but the quality isn't there to cope with injuries. Even 2 or 3 and we are in big trouble as shown this season.

We need much more work this summer than we should after spending what we have spent. It makes me really sad how much we have wasted.

Not replacing Kean and Walcott in the summer then bringing in King who the manager doesnt seem to like so we are no further forward than we were before he signed in January with DCL playing every single game for us then off for England.

He needs to get a grip of things. The injury situation is ridiculous. He needs to sort it. From top to bottom we’re a shambles. I don’t buy into this ridiculous notion that all his buys are rubbish or it’s his fault we are where we are. The one thing that is undeniable though is he is in the seat to fix it and he has to start doing a lot better now. That team and bench tonight are an absolute embarassment.

Brands has to go for the part he's played in this.
