Kenwright is even still involved in transfer negotiations.

He's good mates with a lot of other chairmen and owners and often has contact over potential deals. He was also the one who had Moyes all but lined up and had had contact with Arteta prior to Carlo's appointment.

I've gone on to explain.

He's involved, far too much.

The process needs to be streamlined. Ultimately the owner will make the call but the DoF is the one who should do all of the legwork and basically just present the options. If brands isn't doing that then he's the spare p**** at the wedding.
