Why?
Its a pretty standard requirement for senior management folk to be able to have great communication with their boss. Otherwise they are a puppet/screen.

I think time has already told tbhOf course. But if an executive (Brands) is good at managing upwards, he should have some influence on the final say. If he hasnt, he is nothing other than a puppet/screen.
Time will tell which it is.

man with honour walksman gets hired to do a job, boss sometimes makes decisions going over his head
not mans fault
man with honour walks
Ridiculous. Brands obviously has a big hand in recruitment, scouting, youth academies, etc.man with honour walks

Don’t disagree at allHe is a paid shill if Moshiri is picking the manager.
I'm not sure that there are limited job opportunities exactly because it's such a niche industry and it's an industry with high turnover and few winners. What doesn't look good on a CV is a succession of high earning hiring failures or explaining it away by admitting you're a patsy.Hmm, how many people walk out of high profile, enormously well paid jobs in a niche industry with limited job opportunities when their boss makes a decision over their head?….
Doesn’t look good on the CV.
Honour doesn’t pay the bills, sustain the lifestyle or come across as a positive reason for walking out of a job at the next job interview

Brands would have no problem finding another role if he resigned today citing owner interference.
Whilst I don't disagree for normal folks, footballers and c-levels relocate for pay/career opportunity frequently.Yes, but what people can do and what they actually do are two different things.
The difference with football as a niche industry is that finding a new job with similar benefits would probably mean moving home, taking kids out of school etc, etc.
To suggest ‘someone with honour walks’ isn’t taking the bigger picture into account. I’ve no idea of Brands family set up incidentally, but the ‘work’ decisions he makes have wider ramifications
Again, yes, but your assuming he wants to move on…Whilst I don't disagree for normal folks, footballers and c-levels relocate for pay/career opportunity frequently.
