I think the problem we have as fans is that we all have out own ideas of that the Everton DOF does, there is also no defined model so this also creates debate and confusion. Marcel needs to explain his position within the club, what his mandate is.
Us fans will still have words as we are not use to this managerial, DOF structure and no real information. It is a strange set up and when not working well we just blame everyone. I mean some people think Brands has the overall say, yet others believe Ancelotti signed players, or Moshiri signed players......but rightly we are confused, especially when the situation is obviously not working. Is that the fault of the Chairman, the Manager or DOF?
