No, he his more culpable. The entire structure of the club is mid-managed, and that’s what he’s implemented. There’s agents saying that they need to get approval from 3 people at the club before a transfer happens, that’s ridiculous if you have DoF in place.

Yep a real disgrace he got only 5 years. That colossus of man deserved 20 years!

But we will never know. He wanted Dumfries, rumour is Rafael didn’t. So go can you blame Brands. If that’s the RB he wanted. Then apparently Rafael didn’t want maitland niles either.

I DOF should have a defined role, he buys the players and picks the manager. Or you leave the manger picking to the owner, buy the players, while the manger picks the players.

Then leave the DOF to the academy

Blame him for leaving it so late also dumfries first choice was inter. If he hasnt got any power at the club why is he still here.
Fed up with the support this guy has got he has not done anything at the club if anything we have gone backwards he is part of the problem aswell as moshiri

Judging on the summer spend, we wouldn’t have been able to afford Dumfries.

I agree and I have been critical of Brands. And I’m not blind. But we really don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. What we all will probably agree on. Is it’s a mess and not working. When you hear what came out the other week, about you ness to deal with 324 people at Everton, says it all

Any sympathy for Brands goes after he signed that new contract.

If he doesn't have control then he's a fraud staying on the payroll.

I've said it before but Im glad he doesn't have full control he's already wasted so much money.
