With all the chaos going on at the club and everyone looking for the perfect combination of scapegoats to blame, I'm surprised noone more observant than me has yet to call into question the role of this chap.

It seems pretty obvious to me that the current state of the club is down to a man who has been here for 3 years, doesn't own the club, isn't responsible for financing it, doesn't pick the teams or work on tactics, and has had to work with 3 managers he didn't pick, each who have brought a selection of their own players.

It's staring us in face guys. It's quite clearly ALL HIS FAULT.

His role at the club is literally to build the squad. We've got one of the thinnest squads in the league in terms of quality from the bench. We've got multiple problems at the club but there isn't much doubt that Brands has failed at his job. Deffo wears Brut as well.

I've always been confounded by his name, Marcel... it is a funny the discrepancy that exists in names between the US and Europe.

Lol I never would have thought a white guy would be named Marcel. I like the name actually, lol just every Marcel I've known of has been black.

We have other names like this, like Antoine or how we pronounce it and sometimes spell it, Antwan lol. That was the "french" name I chose while forced to waste 10 wks "learning" the language.
