According to Dutch football talk TV show Rondo he's high up on the list of people to become the new Director of Football at KNVB.

So from Everton and having no real power to running Dutch football. Outstanding job everyone. lol
Imagine when Holland were good and they employed this tool.

Clockwork Orange with the hands going backwards.

On Friday, following a personal conversation with the Chairman and my fellow Board members, we agreed that I would step down from my post as Director of Football and as a member of the Everton Football Club Board.

This decision has taken some time and some consideration and was one of the most difficult I have faced in my career.

The Board and I agreed that there is a clear difference in the vision and direction for this beautiful club and, with that in mind, the decision was taken.

I want to thank everyone in the Club who I have worked closely with over the last three and a half years. There are a lot of talented people at Everton with huge passion and commitment to move the Club forward, both on and off the pitch.

I want to wish all of the squad every success, and I am convinced that there is enough quality to improve the current situation quickly.

It has been an honour for me to work at this fantastic club and I wish everyone associated with Everton the very best for the future.

is the director of KNVB anything like the director of the English FA. As they've had buffoons involved with them for years.

Club Statement:

Everton Football Club can confirm that true to form we are the last to tell you that Marcel Brands has left his post because we honestly don't know what we are doing and have no interest or desire in communicating with anyone due to having nothing but contempt for you.

Regardless of whether he was personally responsible for this transfer or that transfer, the fact he wasn't responsible for every transfer but was happy to stay in the job proves how absolutely useless he is.

If that were me, and Moshiri signed Iwobi, I'd have 100% resigned. A man paid to be a Director of Football who didn't for a microsecond direct football during his time here. A complete waste of space.
Here's £3 million a year to do, erm..., well not much really.

Nah you're OK mate, I'll resign instead.

Never gonna happen in the real world is it.
