He was part of the problem. He was paid very well for underachieving.

I'd be very surprised if he piped up any time over the coming couple of years.

….I suggested that blaming Brands for our ills in the transfer market masked the real problems in our club. The transfer process is a mess. I had no issues with him leaving but feared things wouldn’t change. I doubt they have.
