I was very late to admit it. But this fella has been disastrous. The balance of squad, lack of cover in key positions and non-existant youth development are negligent.

No one is accountable at this club.

How we are without an adequate backup at fullback and striker is inexcusable for a club with the net spend of Everton. Has done some good in his time here, but his seat has to be getting hot now. Plug the holes in December or get out

Times running out for him - he may be lucky as a large section of our fan base are ready to lynch the manager when the going gets tough. However in reality this guy is the problem.
I mean they handed him a new 3 year deal like 6 months ago so I think it would be more likely we see him get another new deal than sacked. State of this club. Pathetic at boardroom level.

I think really big questions have to be asked of Unsworth. He’s not developing anyone
That is also a fair point. Top teams like Utd, Chelsea and City (even the RS) are bringing through good young players into the first team. A club like Everton should be offering promising youngsters a path into the first team.

It used to be our thing until koeman came along.

I was a Brands fan and defended him due to the financial constraints and past decisions.

I am losing the faith in his masterplan and our youth system is virtually non-existed.

His complete and utter dental in signing a right back for another season is unforgivable and then loaning/losing left backs out is yet another embodiment of failure.

I doubt January Transfer Window will address any problems and unless we spend huge on wages and fees, I very much doubt we'll see any quality added.
