They'd have to be paid off.If that's the case, who do you think would want the job for 18 games? I don't think Dyche or Moyes would take those terms in a contract.
I'm sure they'd agree to that.

I understand what you saying. And the stats are there to be seen. But is there an argument that he did what we had to do with the level of players and budget he was working on?He doesn't tbh, go and look at his record, its utterly dreadful, something like a 35% win rate overall, managed in nearly 500 games (well 474 to be precise) and only won 166 games overall. That's not great, the other thing is that he will play 4-4-2. We will need proper fullbacks and proper wingers (we have neither at the moment) to play the way he wants. Unless we run out of all other options Id avoid him.
If we want Moyes we cannot wait till February when he is sacked eventually. If that's the case, who do you think would want the job for 18 games? I don't think Dyche or Moyes would take those terms in a contract.
Moyes had that here and it didn't stop him though.I understand what you saying. And the stats are there to be seen. But is there an argument that he did what we had to do with the level of players and budget he was working on?
There is an interview going round here where he mentioned that for a full 2 seasons there wasn't any money to spend at all.
32.6%So, % please pal. From one footie fan to another.

We are exactly in a position to be sniffy about it as we need someone who is a proven performer, someone who has a track record of getting results with disjointed teams. Dyche has multiple relegations on his CV and a poor win record.35% win record with that shower isn't to be sniffed at. Particularly when you look at the records of our most recent managers. We're an absolute car crash.
I don't want Dyche really btw - but we're not in the place to be sniffy about win ratios
OK DorkSpelling in this thread is awful. About a dozen different posters seem unable to spell a six letter word.

Just answering your points form our experienceMaybe I'm being a bit thick (wouldn't be the first time)
I like the idea of the Biesla "project" and sticking with him for 2/3 years even if we drop down, but..... 2 things.
1} Doesn't he only ever sign up to a season end wherever he is?
2) If he's so much of a genius manager, why does he have to stay stuck. Hard and fast to his 100mph style with our work shy bunch? Our squad isn't great but I don't think it's bottom 3. A bit of organisation might just be enough. (if we're lucky)
