Marcelo Bielsa

In his 1 full season in the prem, his Leeds side conceded 6 goals more than us under Carlo that season, 1 goal less than Dyche's Burnley

Yeah, they finished higher than us too with a team with a lot less pedigree. We actually had creativity that year, so can't compare it to the team we have now. It all fell apart with injuries the following season for them, but they were outside the relegation zone still. So he potentially could have still kept them up.

I think i'd actually be disappointed if we don't get him now.

Bielsa in the country and Dyche odds on for the job.

Hmmm.
Maybe Dyche is going to be Bielsa's stool to sit on...

…. just forget he sits on a bucket and is eccentric. Remember this;

Leeds United conceded 13 more PL goals than Everton last season. Leeds United scored less PL goals than Everton last season.

Everton stayed up by the skin of their teeth. Leeds finished below Everton.

Only Norwich conceded more goals than Leeds. I have no idea why the club are even talking to him, never mind trying to convince him to be our Manager.

He also finished ahead of us when we had Ancelotti. He’s not responsible for every game last season either as Marsch took over once he was fired. All managers fall away at some point at a club.

Why do you ignore the 20/21 season?

…but we don’t have to have either. It’s like choosing a broken arm over a broken leg. We are better than that, the focus should not be on those two failures, it’s a big world out there.
Yes, i hear you.
In a world where bottom of the table Wolves bring in Lopetegui, and near relegation zone Villa bring in multi European trophy winner Emery, we scrap around for two guys sacked last year for having their clubs heading towards relegation in this very league.
I hear you.
But I'm answering on who I would prefer if indeed it's a 2 horse race.

Looks like a lot of people are looking only at the end of his reign last season, and forgetting the excellent job he did in his first 3 seasons with them. Saying that it's still a risk hiring him, although there is no candidate without risk this time.
