Well plenty others have said they have mate. I remember worse teams from the 90s myself.Not sure I've seen a worse Everton team than this.
With the chaos that’s surrounded the club lately, I’d say it’s highly likely!Might see if Skybet will do a “Bielsa to become the next Everton manager but quit after one training session” special. He’ll see this lot for half an hour and run for the hills.
Name a realistic target. And not say it’s not my job. And one who's not been sacked before if that is deemed failure?
…. just forget he sits on a bucket and is eccentric. Remember this;
Leeds United conceded 13 more PL goals than Everton last season. Leeds United scored less PL goals than Everton last season.
Everton stayed up by the skin of their teeth. Leeds finished below Everton.
Only Norwich conceded more goals than Leeds. I have no idea why the club are even talking to him, never mind trying to convince him to be our Manager.
Did the same with our transfers as well…..I genuinely have no idea. I’m no expert on the global market but I know the attributes we should be looking for;
- ambitious, progressive (looking to progress his career).
- a clear vision of how he‘d organise this squad & a strategy for going forward.
- a record of immediately improving a poor team.
Of those linked I’d much prefer the bloke at West Brom, I’d even prefer Davide Ancelotti even though he clearly doesn’t tick all of those boxes.
No idea why the club are trying to entice the Managers of two teams who were actually worst than Everton last season. Let that sink in, Everton want two Managers who performed worst than a dire Everton team last season.
Bielsa’s non stop action style is due to the scorpion peppers he puts down the players underpants, making them run about the place in all directions, he keeps his stock of peppers with him at all times in a special bucketI hope he writes a condition into his contract that should he deem neccessary, he can pull out a grenade during his infamous murderball sessions to ensure the players work hard.
Leeds had a horrendous injury list last season it should be remembered. From September up until Bielsa left it was a massive strain on the team (this goes up to a month before he was sacked, but it didn't get that much better in February either).
