I think bielsa taking over u21 is a bright idea. We will be perfectly poise to have a first team clear out if we get relegated and still maintain a great youth pool well schooled in his philosophy once he take over. But I can’t imagine how awkward it will be when Dyche and Bielsa met in the hallways. No club in the history of football had such arrangement in place.

Look at the Deloitte money league that came out a couple of weeks ago - pay attention to the wages/turnover ration at Everton compared to other comparable clubs. Only club on the list that is worse than you for wages is PSG..........

Only 6m mate. I’d pay that if we successfully revamp our youth squad that can play decent football if called upon.
