We need to start looking for a manager now,wether he comes soon or in the summer,silva is no way turning this around,i don't think he knows how to.

Well someone in charge needs to stop allowing horrendous fees being spent on utterly bang average players.

A good manager would have us playing properly though, shouldn't rely upon your own signings.

We can disagree. I’d just rather have a manger not lining up to draw. I never said anything about attractive football. For me it’s what it says to your players. Let me be clear I never wanted Silva. I just want to see us line up and play.

You approve of a Sam style approach ? That’s for you man not for me.

Let's try the fact he waited till we were 3-1 down before he changed anything ffs.

You can blame him as much as you want, but the individual errors by players this season has been shocking, I mean take today, you can't coach Baines not stumbling and touching a player, you can't coach a brain dead CB who's only reason to pull a player after said player had given the ball to Zouma was just because he felt like doing it, needless freekick that cost us a goal.

Time and time again we gift goals through silly errors and it bites us in the arse everytime.

individual errors come from lack of training and doing drills... good practice brings reliability

yes we have made individual errors, but its getting to the point there are soo many, that it has to be down to the complete lack of technical defensive training.

drill - repeat -drill - repeat etc etc until the whole team are fully aware on how to react in certain team scenarios.

I haven't seen anything to suggest these methods are being employed. its BASIC STUFF.

Sam identified how bad we were and compensates for it. It's what proper managers do, they look for solutions.

It definitely does. Nobody is banging on about individual mistakes, we're banging on about how utterly dreadful we are week in week out. That's the managers fault.

....sadly, everything he’s responsible for isn’t very good. That’s the bottom line.

His coaches must be useless. His judgement is poor, he can’t make a game safe, he can’t change tactics within a game, the team are disorganised, team selection is open to challenge and the team have no spirit.

Saying that, I can’t see the point in getting rid at this point. Miracles happen but the signs are very poor.

Are you seriously that deluded? We as a fanbase turn up week after week in our numbers expecting the team to perform well and the manager to inspire that confidence, we haven't seen that in over two months, the performances have been getting worse and worse and you're expecting people to be happy clappers? Do one mate

Will standing next to the pitch booing the team help improve results? You'd think the effect could only be a negative one, as psychology is so important in football

Fans should be as supportive as possible - especially through difficult periods. Ultimately, the board will make the call re whether or not to keep on the manager, based on results, not what they hear from the fanbase, so fans should be relentlessly positive
