Ridiculous

You know well why a huge amount of the fanbase didn't want that arrogant corrupt clown anywhere near the club in the first place, let alone giving him anymore time than he got..

You so know that on this very forum there was a poll on the next manager and Sam and Silva had the exact same amount of votes? And the majority were from wums and Kopites?
I didn't want Sam, but I didn't want us to be in the type of mess that needs him, the same mess that is Silvas level.

Personally think he will be gone before the end of the season. Seen it before those in charge will not want the toxic waters lapping around there feet.

Possibly.

I think currently though Brands/the board will be looking to the end of the season.

I dont think that will change unless we go into absolute freefall (lose 5 or 6 on the spin) or there's a very good manager willing to come in.

Absolutely atrocious if we lose like 17 games by the season ends. It’a relegation form since the RS away game.
We'll survive. There's too many clubs, us included, taking points off one another. 36 pts I reckon naturally I think we've got at least another three ugly wins left in the tank, 2nd March being one of them.

He isnt going to last the next five home games, unless he beats Liverpool, beat them and he can go with some good will, otherwise I fear for our behaviour. Have a vision of fans on the pitch moaning and fly past banners.

My point is BFS style is not a winning style it is a surviving style. You will lose just as many than you win. For Everton to progress and try and latch on to the better sides then we have to try and play expansive football. Silva is attempting this albeit not successfully but it is the only way to be successful. Play it wrong and you will obviously fail and take some beatings, play it right and you have a chance. I would rather attempt it than be happy nicking points here and there by playing BFS style. If that means a few points less then I would accept it because we are trying.

I think this club fails to progress and now gone backwards as results proved till this point. We are going to lose like 16/17 games out of 38 by May. It’s atrocious.

I do not think we get the right personal to get that style going whether it’s Martinez or Silva. They just can’t do it with the inability to setup a defence.

I'm sure you'll come up with stats to prove otherwise but Silva whilst at Hull performed a near miracle to nearly keep the club up. Working with that chairman would have tested many better managers. Brown shoes had many detractors, me included despite that cup win but we still took him on thinking we saw something others couldn't.

Ain’t a miracle he draw against Soton then lost 3 times in a row to Palace, Sunderland and Spurs. He could have saved them.

Tbh I don’t know why he doesn’t just hire a set piece coach. They’re such a standalone element of the game that it’s not like the infamous ‘defence coach’ that is admitting the manager can’t handle half of the game. A set piece coach could completely get rid of this problem.

I think giving no money to him in January could be an indication. Moshiri also said 11th is not good enough.

I think if Everton loses 6/7 games out of the remaining 13 games this is freefall.

Yeah I said that on Friday.
Have a feeling a lack of confidence in a "gamble" managerial appointment could mean any money they may have had would be held back.

Unfortunately, Silva can't make bad players good. Keane will never be anything other than a poor defender. We need a long term replacement for Coleman. We have no dominant midfielders. We have no prolific striker. Walcott, most disappointingly, seems to have given up.

Get good players in those positions (4 players) and we'll suddenly look like a completely different team.
