Be nice if it could, thats for sure.History very rarely repeats itself.
What?!
But he continues to pick Keane even though he's an obvious liability. No manager stops Keane making that foul yesterday. That's on Keane. That's on Keane being thick. That foul threw away the game. At that point we were well in it.
I agree with slating Silva for his tactics and changes etc. But no manager stops that big oaf making that foul.
Possibly.
I think currently though Brands/the board will be looking to the end of the season.
I dont think that will change unless we go into absolute freefall (lose 5 or 6 on the spin) or there's a very good manager willing to come in.
When you have an owner who knows little to nothing about football it's always going to happen. It has in terms of us appointing and fairly quickly sacking managers .
Talking of Hull City just take a look at the way Nigel Adkins has turned that club around over the last dozen games or so.They are comparing Hulls bad record with our own. Put Hull aren't even in the league. It is abysmal by Hull I'll admit. But that's in the championship.
a manager who tops the stats of conceded set piece goals at basically every club hes managed at should NOT be employed in the premier league, where all the other managers will use this as a weapon against him at every opportunity...Anyone who thinks silva is the man who will bring us success needs to have a word with themselves and check themselves out of delusionville

Was zonal at fault for the pen? The freekick, which was man-marked? The bad pass in midfield leading to their third? His inability to change his zonal marking will be his downfall, well it’s his downfall right now.
Any manager worth there salt would have got rid of it by now or at least altered it in someway to make it more effective.
kind of doing what silva did with them, but silvas team and tactics bombed and they eventually went down... I cant see adkins team doing that, it looks like they will make the play offs at the least, which bearing in mind they were bottom when he took over is outstandingTalking of Hull City just take a look at the way Nigel Adkins has turned that club around over the last dozen games or so.
I wonder.......

So many people have picked up the word 'zonal' this season and blame it for our faults when its not. Its the lack of quality in defence, the disjointed midfield and the uncoordinated attack.
