It's okay blaming Silva lads, but the reality is this is all on Baines and Jags being bad influences behind the scenes.

Well, I've read similar on here before, so its, um, logical.
I recall Capt Jags and Bainsey coming under suspicion over who had cut glory holes in the FF bogs’ walls. Not sure if the culprits were ever collared though. @davek seems to have the oil on some info about what went on behind Bobby’s back...doesn’t paint Capt Jags and Bainesy in very favourable light...right pair of snides

We hire managers who fresh of a relegation and wonder why. Sack a manager hire a manager who got out performed points-wise by the manager we just sacked. And wonder why he isn't doing better than our much missed bfs.

Only the FA CUP left to play for and we are desperate for it to go well. Lincoln are no mugs and we cant have a Tranmere or Altrincham at home again. Baines and Jags in because they know what it means. Davies to be on the bench so he is handy to sign for the IMPS following the game. Throw Tousan and DCL up front in a 4-4-2. Gomes needs a break for that game.

Fine, and which of our players - on form - would you keep in?

If a player is fatigued, their form will suffer. No?

I'd drop them all if I could, but out squad has no depth. It's up to the players to show that the results matter to them. They are an embarrassment to the shirt at the minute.

I'm not having the tiredness argument. We were yet again outworked and outfought by a team who had just as tight a turnaround. I thoroughly dislike the modern day everton footballer. Overpaid and underperforming. No pressure to succeed. An easy gig.

We need a complete overhaul.

@leslad I agree with the principle, of not changing unless needed. But at the moment, it's clearly needed, because our 'first choice' players aren't playing well.
If players aren't fit enough to play then they can't play, I understand that. I understand it's best not to risk injury.

To be honest it's not a major criticism, I like Silva and think we've played well. And I think we've been unfortunate with near misses, individual errors and a tighter schedule than most teams and these factors make it difficult.

But even so we have gone from a good position: knowing our best side with players on the bench to throw into the mix when required, to now where cohesion is lacking, and Silva imo has to be partly responsible. Regardless, he certainly has the task of fixing it now and I hope he can do it with a lighter schedule this month. Would like to see us stick with the same XI for FA cup and the league games if possible

Not sure Leicester outfought us, I saw two teams who couldn’t be arsed and a game destined for 0-0. But we were pathetic. Agree on the cosy attitude of some players. But complete overhaul is an overreaction imo.

Hopefully our lion hearts in Blue can get up for the game.

Totally agree with the Baines and Jags comment. This current team have no identity. Doesn't feel like an Everton team.
