Marco Silva

If we can get Ralf Rangnick, which I still believe is unlikely, why in the heck would we waste our time with Marco Silva?

Still, if we want Silva, we'll get him. Frankly, he's a good manager, but not someone anyone should be paying $7M for.

Good luck to you also but, I still think you'll be looking for someone to replace Silva.

Of course and we also will probably be looking to replace Doucouré and Richarlison when the big boys come knocking with a stupid amount of money at the end of the season. That’s no different to any club outside the top 6, including Everton

Instantly, the 2 players you said you needed (for what you didn't say), becomes 4. Isn't that a rebuild?

You think he's a good manager but you wouldn't pay 7m for him? Spending 7m on a player is peanuts these days yet the most important position at the club isn't worth paying a paltry 7m for?

This past week has been the 2nd highlight of Watford FC meaningless existence, and Everton were also involved with their no1 highlight too.

If we don't get Silva (and it wont be because he didn't want to come) then so what. To Watford, this is their equivalent of winning a world cup.

We've given this no mark club called Watford too much airtime now. Lets move on.

I expect all 3 to stay and play their part in one of our best seasons in our history. I then fully expect all 3 to leave at the end of the season - if we can keep all of them then that will be a hell of a result

 Where are you planning to move on to out of interest?

Not to say that you aren't capable of it this time but why on earth are you Watford fans all banging on about how amazing this season has been and is going to be? Youse were on the exact same points tally and position this time last season and you finished 17th. Short memories. The season is also 38 games long, not 12.

Last season we capitulated in the second half of the season watching football that made me want to rip up my ST and go and watch the local non league team

This season we have strengthened our midfield and attack and squad in general and playing some sublime football.

Is that what you call it when you give up 21 goals against an easy schedule? At Everton, we call that horrid.
