But wouldn’t Silva be a mercenary if he was already in Merseyside counting his wad. As, if the reports are to believed, he’s staying and showing some loyalty
You missed the bit out where I said he calculated it wasn't a good look. Nothing to do with loyalty. We were wrong to approach a club mid season but he's only staying because he has to.

Personally I’m delighted that we’ve finally moved on from Silva.

A massive gamble for such an average manager. Those Watford hillbilly’s are welcome to him.

Wowsers what a morning to wake up to, Ultra's getting powerbombed in town and no manager in sight, literally I have so little confidence in the club getting this right its ridiculous.

Whens the AGM this year (or beginning of next), hopefully some questions that are pre-vetted can be asked about this.

Absolute Shambles.

While I wasn't 100% sold on him mate, just the fact it looked like some progress was being made was something to actually focus on and get excited for.

The reality that the board look to be sitting on their thumbs while everyone is saying they are doing "Due Diligence on candidates" is absolutely baffling.

I would take top 10 for everton with Unsworth this season playing the kids.

Then make signings in January and kick-on in the summer with loads of u21 players who have game time.

I think your team looks exciting on the break, Silva's tactics seem good but he could do with better defenders...
That's the spirit. Who needs experienced footballers?

The under 21s wouldn't get relegated at all would they?

What a silly comment

Who in their right mind will sign for an interim manager.... that will push us on?!?

Serious question.

I wouldn't if I was a player, get bought by someone who isnt going to be in the job long term, with the potential to being sacked off by the new man (if one ever comes)....

...the U23s have just been hammered by the Reds U23s. I doubt Unsworth will be promoting anybody that isn’t already in the first team squad.

That's not gonna happen really.

Unsworth stays we hold our breath until we hit 40 points

Indeed Khal, his achievements have come in leagues equivalent to the the SPL, he had a new manager effect at hull before imploding.

This had disaster written all over it

Exactly.

When he signed up for Hull, with twenty games played, they were three points off 17th place.

Eighteen games later they were relegated, six points behind seventeenth place

Plus he has had about five clubs in as many years.

Not for me, Chris ;)
