money talks mate - offer them and him enough and he will be here. Saying that though he is not what we need right now...we need someone who can get these lads to slog it out. The rest of this season shouldn't be pretty but methodical and disciplined.

well, he couldn't start coaching anywhere as he wouldn't get approval from the local FA so that's a moot point

Everything I've read says release clause. I'd be amazed if, given the breadth of people saying break clause, right from when he signed that it isn't the case.

Whether he has one or not all break clauses tend to have specific time frames ... three weeks into November won't be one of them
