Difference between the two.

He can want to come to Everton (Which he evidently does otherwise we wouldnt have approached Watford) but not want to make himself look awful by forcing his way out of the Club.

Here's the thing - it would only be perceived as 'awful' by the media etc if he failed - otherwise it will be perceived as him being ambitious mate

Nope mate, it's even more bizarre, they sacked him for not wearing a suit at a league game 6 months earlier, basically it was just a pretext as they wanted to hire Jorge Jesus from Benfica, funny thing is though after not winning a trophy for about 7 years before Silva - they sacked him to get the 'big name' in Jesus in and he hasn't won a thing so far and basically finished around the same position in the league too.

hahahaha even better - bad mentalists

His overall record looks like he's a proper coach. He motivates players, he gets them working as a team, he improves individuals. He knows you need pace and strength these days, something EFC collectively didn't seem to realise in summer.

I wanted Tuchel but for me he's next in line and I just hope we do the needful to get him in.

He got a tune out of Niasse, he got a tune out of Cleverley, hell he even got a tune out of Markovic who has been a bust at every club he's been on loan too besides for them

Definitely mate.

My point was more around how Watford as a Club and their fans would view him. Obviously its a massive step up for him, but does he want to piss the Club and their fans off in the process?

He's the best of the bad options, but taking him off Watford after so few games doesn't scream out that he'd offer us stability - if he does a good job, he'd be off quicker than Koeman would have been.

That said, if it's him of Dyche/Allardyce, then I'm all aboard the Silva train.

If it's Allardyce I'd be on the Trans-Siberia train:)

Exactly. If he can get a tune out of:

Jakupovic, Elabdoulli, Ranocchia, Maguire, Robertson, Huddlestone, N'Diaye, Evandro, Grosicki, Clucas and Hernandez.

And

Gomes, Fermenia, Kaboul, Kabasele, Holebas, Doucore, Chalobah, Cleverley, Carillo, Richarlison and Gray

He can get a tune from us.

Can he coax a tune from the delicate flower that is Roscoe though?

Depends tbh mate, the type of salary we pay a manager, they'd have to be VERY successful to attract the type of clubs who would be able to pay more than us
