Legitimately... give me one reason why this season is going to be any different to last season based on what we have seen so far... because there is a long list of reasons why it is going to be the same based on what we have seen so far...

has it actually got to the point where some fans are happy for us to finish 8th-11th … because they don't believe there isn't the right manager out there to take us forward.

Christ, Chelsea sack title winning managers , and bring in inexperienced to the premier league managers and don't worry about it. if he fails, they get another one who will deliver success.

we'll be ok with spending 200m and battling it out for 10th though lads ...

Long and short if he isn't a likeable manager. He's dour and doesn't take responsibility when it doesn't come off. He's not reactive with his substitutions, he doesn't seem to inspire confidence in the sidelines, he doesn't pick them up when they are down as shown from the 3 months after the Liverpool debacle.

None of that matters as long as he is winning. He isn't and hasn't at all away.

Well because 5 games isn’t a season.

Instead of kenwright/moshiri picking the next manager, which frankly has been a disaster. Leave it to Brands. He has brought in these players, give him the task of of appointing a person who will work with these players and has the same philosophy as Brands, as opposed to bringing in a manager, who’ll make wholesale changes.

Managers can’t win every game, but they can find solutions. When I look at silva, I see a poor tactician. He just throws subs onto the pitch without a real plan. He doesn’t have much of a solution when we go down.

We have to get better on the road. It wasn’t good enough and it has to improve soon.

Just sack him and get a proper counter attacking manager. Fancy meaningless slow build up passing is our worst tactic by a million miles.

Carbon copy of last season. After a good run playing fast and high tempo football, he naively believe he can simply switch our approach and play like barca and got slap with a horrible run that almost lead us to deep trouble. Arrogant is the correct way to describe him.

This is what I can’t understand. Our best football was played in the latter part of the season with a high tempo, pressing style of play. We’ve seen nothing of the like this season. Instead we’ve reverted to a slow, predictable build up, that allows teams to get numbers behind the ball, which let’s face it, we’ve always struggled to break down.

The thing that annoys me about Silva are his substitutes.

When the team is going stale and we need a goal he just sits on the bench looking around. Like clockwork, we concede and then he throws all the forwards he can on. Painfully predictable.

He doesn’t actually have a plan B and his plan A is the same old stuff. 4-2-3-1 pass sideways for 90 mins and hope we get a decent ball into the box from one of our full backs or anyone else who’s out wide. If that fails after 70 mins then throw a fast winger on and make a like for like striker sub and repeat the same s**t that we have been doing for the last 70 mins.

Someone tell him that there are no areas of a football pitch which are out of bounds and that you can use the middle of the field.

We're like moyes united. Kick it wide and hoof it into the box to a young pacey striker who wants it too feet.

And then try the same the week after and moan about poor luck and not getting a my breaks.
