We need someone who can take a poor midtable team towards top 6, so did West Ham, they went for a manager with the ability to do that, with the experience, we went for Silva.
Need rid of the Moyes knife to a gun fight mentality that still in the club, Coleman and Bains(Captain/Vice Captain) both where great players but never won a thing. As long at these 2 are still at the club the mentality will NEVER change

I don’t always agree that sacking the manager is the answer. Everton as you know have always stuck by their managers. Football today is a business, and Moshiri has already ploughed £500m into the club. He won’t put up with it.

It's not just them it comes from the board down. We are just happy to exist it seems.

What's really freaking annoying is that with spurs, man u, arsenal, Chelsea all much weaker than in typical years, this season could have been a legitimate top 4 chance for us. Instead we are collapsing when facing the weakest sides in the prem.
Terrible start but the change needs to start on Tuesday. Doesn't matter who we are playing we need to sort our own performances out first.

I'm sure dozens have already said the same thing, but sacking him now is pointless.

If things don't improve before striking distance of the transfer window, then so be it.

But no manager likely to improve things is going to be available now.

Still feel gutted. But I don't know whether it's him still bending in the job this morning or getting beat by that showed yesterday

Rubbish.

"As long as we don't get relegated" has been the club's mantra since the start of the prem. That attitude still persists despite the arrival of Moshiri. We can't even win a cup......don't blame everything on Silva, the malaise goes much deeper, and until it's sorted, we won't progress.

I honestly think if we do go down at some point it wouldnt be a disaster (stadium aside if not sorted by then).

1. It will see the end of chancers like Kenwrong and Moshiri who will be chased out of town.

2. It will get us away from the fixation with Liverpool and having them doing so well in the league will hurt us less

3. It might actually give the fans something to look forward to - one of my mates is a Newcastle fan and he said their stints in the championship were the best he's had supporting them in the last decade or so - winning most games, playing against proper old school clubs etc.

Obviously winning the fizzy pop league or play offs wouldn't be celebrated that much by the majority of our fans who think as a club we are above those achievements (and rightly so) however it would atleast give the younger fans like my little lad the chance to see us lift something which most clubs outside of Everton in the football league have done in the last 20 years or so (win something or promotion to a higher division).

Im just fed up of this constant state of purgatory of the board having just enough ambition to finish 8-11th and 1 season in 5 or so that we come 7th we likely struggle the season after.

Its become too predictable and im
Frankly fed up of this club and league in general.
