Im sick and tired of it - and you've left out the fanbase aswell who largely have a loser mentality.

From top to very bottom the club needs a reset button.

Thats why we'll never appoint a winner because our board couldn't deal with a manager who would tell them to their faces that they are losers.

They want puppets like Silva who know they are lucky to be at a club like Everton who'll tow the party line.

How do you know they would or Wouldn’t unless you were privy to their weekly board meetings?

If these players can,t give every ounce of effort for the Everton Cause home or away ..why bother..

Was just about to say something similar: reset. Just in the past few years whatever was supposed to be good about Koeman or Silva simply did not manifest when they got here. So what is it about Everton? How many managers does the club go through and the same type of things happen? And when I think of the concept of replacing Silva, I cannot see the wood for the trees.

But we have reset the whole club, the only person still around from the old Everton is Bill Kenwright and if your blaming Bill for Silva not knowing his arse from his elbow, then I dunno what to say really mate.

For the last 30 years the ambition of the board has been to stay in the Prem....not win anything, try and fluke a cup - they have succeeded haven't they? Once...in 1995. Mediocrity personified and it will continue. Disastrous managerial appointments, awful commercial "investments", failed new grounds, whatever next? Blame the cancer at the top.

Not blaming Bill. Just looking at where this all seems to be going and trying to understand why managers get here then fail to perform.

I personally lay the blame for today at the hands of the referees and players.

You seriously can't expect Pickford to not save that first goal.

The absolute weakness of our team, seasoned professionals, to not see the victory or draw out is beyond the pale.

However, his substitutions were again ridiculous.
The weak mentality is down to him to address.
On its own , todays game would not be down solely to him, but due to his previous failings , and his partial responsibility today, he has to carry the blame again.
